Chicago blaming Indiana again for its problems.

•The criminal bought a stolen gun from another criminal in Indiana, and committed the crime in Chicago.

•The gun was stolen.

• Criminal to criminal transaction. There are laws against stealing guns. There are laws against buying stolen guns. There are laws against shooting people.

• The criminal who committed the shooting was prohibited, by law, to own a gun.

• The people in charge of Chicago are unable to control their population from committing crimes.

Criminals commit crimes. The fact that they broke the law Indiana and Illinois to commit this crime illustrates their lack of concern for laws. Would the criminal who stole the gun in Indiana have not stolen the gun if Indiana had draconian gun laws? Why doesn’t Indiana have the same shooting gallery reputation as Chicago? More propaganda.
